INDIVIDUAL EXERCISES
You'll be able to search for videos by name, body part, or exercise level. My videos include exercises using dumbbells, resistance bands, stability balls, weight machines, and many that require no special equipment at all.
Each video features a demonstration of how the exercise is done as well as written instructions that can be printed out.

WORKOUT ROUTINES
Also available to members are a dozens of different collections of pre-designed and customizable workout routines. They include beginner, intermediate, and advanced workouts. Here's a very small sample.
Once you pick out a routine you'll see each exercise listed with a demonstration video and instructions including how many times a week to do the exercise, how many reps, how many sets, and even how long to rest between sets.
